Winsor & Newton have been producing watercolour paints since 1832 when Henry Newton and William Winsor introduced the first moist watercolour paints to the world, much of their reputation for supreme quality has stemmed from the Artists Watercolour range. Since then the Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour range continues to be formulated and manufactured to create an unparalleled watercolour range which offers artists the widest and most balanced choice of pigments with the greatest possible permanence. Winsor & Newton Artists watercolours are made from the finest pigments available in the highest concentrations possible, consistent with good handling qualities.
Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour is supplied through a range of 96 colours and is available in two forms, tubes or pans. Generally tube colours are preferred by artists using larger quantities of colour, whilst pans find favour with outdoor sketchers and artists using smaller quantities of paint.
To make it as easy as possible to find the colour you are looking for we have split the range into Series 1,2,3 and 4. Select your colour then choose whether you require Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour 5ml watercolour tube, Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour half pan or the Winsor & Newton Artists Watercolour 14ml tube option.
